| Tom Elliott |
| Founding Partner |

| Tom Elliott is a pioneer in the development of using advanced technology to create computer-generated commentary and financial reports. This technology has been used to create reports across the financial community with customers that include Merrill Lynch, Thomson Financial, Fidelity Investments, Standard & Poor's and S&P Compustat. |
|
| In 2000, he and his partners founded UpTick Data Technologies to build leading-edge systems that convert financial information databases into conversational language text reports. The company continues to build upon its first product line which now ranges from automated news stories to comprehensive client specific quarterly reports. |
|
| Tom graduated from Georgia Tech with a BS in Industrial Management, and earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina. After serving as an officer in the army, he joined Dean Witter as a securities analyst in 1972. In 1978, he founded Research Magazine, and was chairman of the magazine and its successor company, Research Holdings Ltd., until the company was sold in 1998. |

| Tom lives in San Francisco, CA, with his wife of 36 years. He enjoys active sports (golf, skiing, mountain biking, and air-chairing). |

| Mike Iapalucci |

| Mike runs sales and marketing for UpTick and spearheaded the development and launch of UpTick’s advisor tools, FundXtra and PlanXtra. Mike has spent 20 years working with financial information products and data in the areas of product management, marketing, sales and business development. |

| Before joining UpTick in 2002, Mike was Executive Vice President for International Business Development with Thomson Financial's Wiesenberger division. Prior to that position, he was the general manager for the Spectrum Research Services business also a Thomson Financial business. Mike started his career in financial services with Kidder Peabody as an accounting analyst and moved on to Knight-Ridder Financial spending seven years building its mortgage-backed securities pricing and news service. |

| Mike has a BA from Fordham University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He lives in Washington, DC where he is outnumbered by his wife Rosie and their five daughters. |

| Jeff Kemp |

| An accomplished programmer with more than 25 years experience, Jeff Kemp first met Tom Elliott in 1984, when he was contracted to program proprietary systems for Research Magazine and Research Data Group. There, he designed and programmed Financial Analysts' Profile Management (FAPM), as well as systems for PDF report production and automated FTP site monitoring. Jeff joined Research Data Group full time in 1996. |

| In 1998, he joined Multex where he participated in the design and programming of Multex's analyst estimate tracking software. |

| In 2000, Jeff rejoined forces with Tom to rewrite UpTick's exclusive text-generation software. He's also created numerous systems to enhance and improve the design and maintenance of the company's text-generation processes and PDF and data-export systems. |

| Jeff makes a home in San Anselmo, CA, with his wife, Debra, and two sons, Dustin and Eli. A guitarist for "too many years to count," he plans to perform live with his as-yet-unnamed rock band in the local Marin County area in the near future. |

| Albee Stein |

| A member of the UpTick team since the company's inception in 2000, Albee Stein plays a critical role applying UpTick’s rules based text generation for specific client applications. His ties to the company date back to 1994, when he worked with Tom Elliott at Research Data Holdings, UpTick's predecessor company. There, Albee cut his teeth creating text generation programs for mutual fund reports. |

| In 1996, Albee joined Thomson Financial/CDA Investment Technologies as a Senior Product Manager. His responsibilities included product management activities related to the Fixed Income product line for Spectrum. Albee also has experience in consulting, operations, compliance and teaching. |

| Albee holds an advanced degree in management from Georgia Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree in business and economics from Lehigh University. Albee now makes his home in San Francisco with his wife Caitlin and twin sons. He spends his free time playing hockey, traveling and enjoying the outdoors. |
